1. | Submit your reservation request using the UCLA Travel on-line reservation form: http://www.travel.ucla.edu/new/Res_Request_UCLA_UCOP.html | ||

2. | UCLA Travel will send you your itinerary via e-mail. Check all the information to see that it is correct. (Sample) | ||
3. | Create a "pink" (downloadable "pink") (Sample) with the information below , attach the itinerary you printed out in Step #3, have your PI sign the pink and enter the account number to which it should be charged and take it to the Business Office.

UCLA Travel will e-mail you your e-ticket once they receive the PAC# from the Business Office. Print out the e-ticket receipt. This is your proof that the ticket has been purchased. | ||
